At Kidedu, we offer digital products that are delivered electronically via email and made available instantly through a download link on the order confirmation page.

No Cancellation After Purchase

Once a payment is successfully completed, the order cannot be cancelled. As our products are digital in nature and delivered instantly, cancellations are not possible after purchase.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access provided after payment, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the order has been confirmed and the download link has been shared.

Download Access

Customers receive:

• A download link on the order confirmation page, and

• A delivery email with the same download link.

Please ensure that your email address and purchase details are correct before completing the payment.
